S2mle100lesh Posted Saturday at 07:17 AM Posted Saturday at 07:17 AM (edited) few days ago i just play alone in mix. "dog" laca bought "a quite random trip" map then he insulted me and he left server. Then I got angry and insulted him. he did not got any punishment and nazi admin banned to me 1 week and muted 30 days to me. after 1 week i bought same map and i left the server then KoM|satan insulted to me and didnt punished. (said mf. I'm sure mf an insult in your country, isnt it ZEİT?) nazi admin banned me perma xD. He said for reason: "U are officially permanently banned from MTA Mr. Green, congratulation. Reason: Repeated toxic behaviour after being unbanned just today." This is what I meant when I said double standards. If any European is treated badly, justice is swift. But when your own friends do it, you defend it with ridiculous excuses. If buying a map is such a simple thing (when your friend did the same thing, you said it wasn't a serious crime), why did you punish me? If buying a map was such an "toxic" thing, why wasn't Laca banned? Even though you knew how annoying it was, you were still defending Laca, now when I do the same thing, you're permanently banned to me. Edited Saturday at 07:20 AM by S2mle100lesh
Z3ITM4NN Posted Saturday at 08:41 AM Posted Saturday at 08:41 AM (edited) You were not permanently banned because of a single incident. The decision was based on your entire history of toxic behavior, including: Repeated, extreme insults (including sexual, racial, and national attacks) Mute evasion and nickname abuse Disrespect toward players and staff This shows a consistent pattern — not one isolated moment. Laca received a warning because his provocation, while not okay, did not come close to the severity or frequency of yours. That’s not a double standard — it’s case-based moderation, and that’s exactly how we apply our rules. You have chosen to continue with bad decisions to prove a point that wasn't there to be proven to begin with. The punishment stands, and there will be no further discussion. We wish you the best elsewhere. Additional: And now, continuing to call an admin "Nazi" will remove any chance of u having a comeback. Edited Saturday at 08:42 AM by Z3ITM4NN F1MADKILLER 1
VulpyWags Posted Saturday at 08:49 AM Posted Saturday at 08:49 AM Let’s be clear: this is not about a single incident, but about a repeated pattern of toxic behavior, including personal insults, provocation, and disruptive conduct. You were unbanned earlier with the expectation that you would follow the rules and respect other players. Unfortunately, you immediately returned to the same behavior that got you banned in the first place. You’ve mentioned double standards, but the rules apply to everyone equally. If someone else breaks the rules, regardless of whether they are friends with staff or not, they are dealt with accordingly. In this case, we did investigate the other players you mentioned. Where action was necessary, it was taken. However, your response was not just reactive. It was escalatory and targeted. Two wrongs don’t make a right, and retaliation is never an excuse for breaking the rules. Accusations of racism and bias are taken seriously, but simply making those claims doesn’t make them true. We’re volunteers who put time and effort into keeping the server running smoothly, and we don’t get paid for this. We do our best to remain fair and unbiased with every case, even when players are hostile toward us. If you had calmly reported the behavior instead of responding with insults and disruptive actions of your own, we would have been able to address it more effectively. Instead, you chose to escalate conflict, insult multiple players and admins, and even mock the staff team. This left us with little choice. The permanent ban is not because of one map vote or one argument. It’s because of continued, aggressive behavior after a prior ban and a final warning. At this point, the ban will remain in place. You're welcome to appeal again in the future if you can show a real understanding of the issues and a willingness to change.
S2mle100lesh Posted Saturday at 09:05 AM Author Posted Saturday at 09:05 AM I can't believe what I've experienced. I've experienced this just because I kept Laca waiting for fkin 10 seconds. incredible
VulpyWags Posted Saturday at 09:09 AM Posted Saturday at 09:09 AM (edited) You had plenty of chances to stop things before they got out of hand. Instead, you let the ball keep rolling and now you're surprised by the damage it caused. A simple moment could have been the end of it but you chose to escalate it further again. Now it's time to take a step back and reflect. What could you have done differently so things didn't escalate? Edited Saturday at 09:12 AM by VulpyWags
Muj Posted Saturday at 09:30 AM Posted Saturday at 09:30 AM This server carries a group of people who are not only friendly and grouped together in writing, but also can become enemies with each other through the competition in the game. Speaking English is always more advantageous in explaining and understanding, that's why I had stated that there should be a Turkish manager in time, but the Turks, who constitute a large audience on the server, were ignored by saying that there was no need and they were always criticized under the name of "Turks".

Why would I ask for help from people I couldn't get my rights from? When you see that the people who attacked you were not punished, would you go and trust the admins again? and I bet the person who called me mf still hasn't been punished. Muj Posted Saturday at 09:35 AM Posted Saturday at 09:35 AM In order to be fair on this server, everyone should be given the punishment they deserve. The instigator should receive the instigation punishment, while the person who could not control himself should be punished with the punishment he deserves, so that no one will seek their own justice in different ways.

The reason we don’t currently have a Turkish admin isn’t because we’re ignoring anyone, but simply because we haven’t found someone who is both active enough, experienced, and meets the standards we expect from our team. Being an admin isn’t just about speaking the language, it requires maturity, fairness, game knowledge, and the ability to handle conflicts calmly. That kind of trust has to be earned. We’re always open to qualified and responsible candidates, regardless of nationality. If a Turkish player proves to be a good fit, we'd be happy to consider them. 3 minutes ago, S2mle100lesh said: if its a simple moment why was i banned for doing the same thing? and since I don't trust any admins, I don't bother reporting because I've been wronged too much before. Because you escalated it once again. It's as simple as this. You shouldn't take matters into your own hands. Admins are the one who moderate the servers not you. If you don't trust an admin that's on you. But it doesn't give you the rights to take matters into your own hand. 2 minutes ago, Muj said: In order to be fair on this server, everyone should be given the punishment they deserve. We do our best to keep things fair for everyone, including giving people the punishments they deserve based on the current facts presented on the table. However as I mentioned before we are volunteers and we don't get paid. We don't have time to monitor the server 24/7 and read back all the chats. We mostly rely on reports.

No one attacks anyone for no reason. I have a reason. Moreover, it gets even more annoying when you see that you are not being treated fairly.

They join the server, play for 5 minutes and then leave. lol
VulpyWags Posted Saturday at 09:49 AM Posted Saturday at 09:49 AM This conversation is over since nothing useful can be provided. For now matters will stay as it is. Feel free to reflect on the entirety of the situation and see how you could've handled things differently. Especially your 2nd ban. You joined the game, bought a 15 minute map and left immediately just to trigger the people playing. Then that map gets skipped, you join again and buy another map and leave immediately. Why? Feel free to write an appeal once you've reflected
