Expensive fog?

If this would eventually become a zsmap, would this fog cause a lot of lag? Thanks in advance

But usually when things in HL2 look VERY good, they tend to cause problems.

looking at the fog.. it would probably cause alot of lag if it was moving which im sure it does. As well as using flashlight that will fuck up the game probably but u should test it out

It probably will. If you're using expensive fog (which is basically particle spam) in areas, make sure the client isn't rendering much else, and don't overdo it. Just compare the framerate in your map to that of other good maps.

Framedrop =/= lag. Learn the difference!
