If you have bought the upgrade and as a spy keep changing disguise, it'll regenerate your cloak no matter what. This means, if you're just spamming disguise changing you have infinite amount of cloak. You also just regenerate cloak for some seconds at random times. This is especially sad with the deadringer as you can pretty much use it as the normal cloak watch aslong as you just keep changing disguise... Quote Link to comment
