Zombie Survival Green Apocalypse 2.0

Well, got some stuff done so far so here comes the list:

(Note: all stuff below may be changed and some things are unfinished)

Gameplay:

  • Imported waves system from zs 2.0 (6 waves in total)
  • Added random revive ability for Normal Zombie (disabled on headshots and gibbing, also give a little health)
  • Dead humans revives as zombies in same spot where they were killed (with little amount of health)
  • Added knockdowns for humans (or I mean against)
  • If player takes fall damage - he will be knocked down (humans only)
  • Same thing ^ happens when human gets prop 'killed' (but he survives it)
  • Supply crates will spawn at the end of each wave (except for last wave)
  • Imported ability to start as zombie by walking near poison gasses (only at wave 0)
  • If player decides to suicide at wave 0 - he will be forced to spectate until wave 1 instead of trying to get free kills
  • Imported a bit better dragging. You can now drag small and heavy props
  • Added ability to see through the prop that you are dragging atm

Hud and other stuff:

  • Added new HUD for waves (unfinished) and changed the current HUD a bit (both human's and zombie's)
  • Wave HUD is also scalable for all resolutions :o
  • Revamped HUD that shows when player is dead
  • Added HUD for spectating zombies
  • Added TF2 like Freezecam (unfinished)
  • Returned 'FirstPerson death' unless player is spectating (knockdowns and revives also uses first person)
  • Optimized and updated violence
  • When human dies and revives as zombie he still have human's model (with zombie's animations)

Remove Post-processing.

Minimum FOV should be 75.

Fast Zombies need to switch to 3rd person view to show that they are stopped by the screaming sequence, and back to 1st person once it is finished.

Dynamic crosshair for all zombie classes, to show they have entered into cool down mode, or how many attacks they have left before cooldown.

Special/primary/secondary attacks from zombies should require a cool down based on number of the class present.

No cooldown for starter zombies or if there's only one of the zombie class present.

The usefulness of the Upgrades should be determined by the number of zombies present, if there's more zombies, the upgrades increase in efficiency. (like Gordon Freeman)

100% efficiency should be tied to the last man upgrade.

Add more Hats and Skins, the current placement for hats is wrong that it clips into the human model (not all).

Based on 1920x1080 and maybe others on 16:9 and 16:10

The Scaling of the HUD and other elements need to be better/smaller for widescreen users.

The map voting screen should have a smaller font and show more information.

The chatbox should be a bit smaller too.

The F4 menu appears to be too wide, please make it more compact.

The Chatbox should show messages at the start of the game and not force a player into pressing y just to realise they missed out on people chatting.

F2/Weapon menu needs to show the ROF, default damage of the weapon, and also the damage totalled from the player's upgrades/perks, and also needs to be more compact.

Option to disable HINTS and INFO in F4 menu.

Tab Scoreboard needs to change and follow the color scheme of the current HUD, make it partly transparent too so it doesn't block the view as much.

V for zombie vision on/off.

I mentioned this before, if a person has been attacked and leaves at the last second, it should count as a kill.

Marksman still needs a lovely laser sight, but depending on what's going on with zs, it could be a weapon addon for pistols. =)

Add a ping limit of 250ms , because laggers are really annoying.

It has nothing to say nobody posted here for a month , right ?

Zombie should go back to the old 1-spawn system, zombies spawning all over the map can be incredibly annoying and even fuck cades up.

Yes please it makes cading in some spots useless also fasties leap shouldnt do much damge but instead be used to get up in some places.

The loadingscreen should show 2 things.

A ) a warning for a massive download/contentlink ( slow internmet takes 1 hour to DL stuff )

B ) Gameme stats instead of "old" leaderboard. The old boards were bugged adn the people shown on it most likely dont play ( and if a "newer" player gets on them their stats "magicly" reset :rolleyes: )

I say keep the leaderboard. It shows the greatest zs players.
