As advised I submit the following report detailing an incident which occurred on the Green MTA server on the date shown. I was witness to this event.

Both YWA and the admin in question, Binslayer, aren't fully aware of what transpired. I therefore submit this report for your consideration.

Yes, pondfiller acts like a complete retard in the chat, and thanks for posting it. But it happened 4 months ago, it's a bit late to suddenly ban his ass for acting like a retard back in July.

So if you did murder someone in July and now mr. Quad_Tube presents his evidence to have you convicted, it should be tossed away because the criminal event happened 4 months ago? Objection overruled, mr. Quad_Tube's evidence should be looked upon by the jury.

The matter at hand does not concern a gross misdemeanor. In addition, the case is certainly not a felony. The indictment is present and the judgement says that the defendant is proven guilty on both charges. He's beyond a reasonable doubt... and um... the compensation of the charge to homicide is considered irrelevant. The preponderance of the proof is founded convincing. Furthermore, there is no necessary resemblance of the Law and the... um... MTA law. This case is suspended as the unwritten rule of expired duration applies in this... matter. Bailiff, I ordered a court with sugar please. Excuse me, I asked you for a coffee in the court. Eh... pardon me, I demanded a coffee with some bail and summons. I mean milk and sugar!

Well um... in normal words: Tom Klijbroek, there is a difference between spamming in a chatbox, and murder.

To be honest, I made an attempt to stylishly respond to the highly advanced vocabulaire of Quad_Tube and Tom Klijbroek, which I respect with all of my heart.

The judgment says I am unable to reach that level. I posses utmost respect for Quad_Tube's ability to constantly create posts in such fancy writing style. I always enjoy reading and learning from them.

But no... I'm never going to be a lawyer. Quad_Tube is the perfect candidate for that job.

I do not know what, if anything, will come of this complaint. Clearly, there are also differences of opinion within the administration over the following rule:

-]ALW[-BigBabBob is the same person you see interacting with -]ALW[-Pondfiller in the above log.

Since both YWA and Binslayer told me they weren’t aware of what took place with -]ALW[-Pondfiller this led me to assume nobody else had mentioned it.

For the record I did post earlier to raise awareness of the incident, however it appears my concerns were either lost in the system or I failed to post them in the appropriate section. Sorry for that.

I was waiting for this to be entered into evidence by Quad_Tube. If I recall Mr. Tube. King Miko was impersonating an alw member. SDK, who happens to be an admin on this server, asked him to remove his alw tags. Which he did under much duress. After doing so, he proceeded to mock the aforementioned SDK by using his nick in such a way that was an obvious attempt to provoke SDK. Hence the ban.

And lets not get started on others impersonating others or pretending to be a person that they are not. You reign supreme in that endeavour.

You and the rest of the alw community are very aware of the issues involved in our "feud". Now you have taken your rant to a different server and expect them to do something about your inability to get along with others.

I guess you wont quit until you are deprived of your opportunity to participate in this community as well.

And regarding pondf1llers actions. While they were not the best representative of his character. He WAS provoked numerous occasions by a one Quad_Tube (which so happens to be you when you actually decide to be you instead of one of your many personas).

I'll defend your right to air whatever complaint you have against me on this server. However unlike myself and others, I don't believe you were present during this incident. This complaint does not involve you.

Furthermore regardless of your opinions regarding other servers as well as your attempts at demonising me, I don't see why I should be harassed for rightfully reported any player for the reasons already mentioned.

As you can see from my complaint, when I reported Pondfiller I made a point of providing evidence. If you have a genuine complaint regarding anything you think I'm guilty of on this server, open up a suitable thread and do the same. Otherwise I may be inclined to dismiss your affront as idle gossip, trolling or even a hate campaign :)

I dont believe that my response is considered harrasment. You posted this in a PUBLIC forum. If I must cite evidence. You posted regarding the issue with King Miko and BigBadBob. So your desire to not have me comment here is moot.

This may very well be a public thread, but that still doesn't alter the fact you are directly involved with this particular incident.

I referred to the King Miko thread because I didn't know why a witness to both events, -]ALW[-BigBadBob, had seemingly avoided reporting this one for the same reason as they gave in the other (impersonation).

When I myself posted in the King Miko thread it was general inquiry as to the status of the ban - not the specific circumstance surrounding it.

I am directly involved. If you recall, you and I had a conversation about this in our shoutbox on alw. When you spoke to me about it. You involved me.

This is not the ALW server. I've formally reported an incident which occurred on this server, and in accordance with its rules and regulations..not ALW's rules and regulations including any shout-box "conversation" you claim we had on there.

You weren't a direct witness to this incident, and you weren't directly involved.

Frankly, I don't see anything wrong with Pond ;). Just seems like a normal conversation to me. Pretty humourous to most people.

Therefore, anything that Quad says or does from here on out (actually, since the day he installed MTA) is irrelevant and a waste of anybody's time to look at. Why he strictly follows the fucking rules and tries to get people in trouble is beyond me and, probably, anyone else in this world.

I read a quote in Modern Warfare 3 when I died... I don't remember it perfectly, but you're remembered for the rules that you break, not the rules that you follow. In this situation, we're remembering both sides of the story. We're remembering Quad for being an idiotic loser, and Pond for making people laugh. Thank you, Pond :).

Impersonating an admin is a normal conversation to you? One admin, Yoshi, has also upheld the complaint on BOTH counts.

You don't even know the day I installed MTA. Neither do you have the right to tell other people here what a waste of time is from here on in. Seems you're just trolling for the sake of it, and you're not even involved.

Actually that's not the case. I'll remember you as someone attempting to completely absolve a person who cloned an admin's name, of any wrong-doing. You are suggesting it's fine to do that, and that anyone who complains is an idiotic loser. Like I have already said, if you REALLY have a genuine complaint against me, back it up; put up a thead with ANY log extract you care to mention pertaining to me joining this server.

This case doesn't even involve you. It's between me, -]ALW[-Pondfiller, -]ALW[-Bigbadbob (if they choose), and the admins. I reported a player, as requested, in the forum. You were not involved and you have no right to stick your nose into a thread that doesn't involve you. We're done. Move on. There's nothing here for you now.

Admins, this person is not involved in this case. They are clearly using this thread as a form of trolling. They are not contributing to this thread. They refuse to air any complaint/slander/bullshit they may have against me in the appropriate section. All I see is this case drifting from any sort of peaceful resolution. Can you do something about this, please?
