Guest
Smooth Video ProjectSVP allows you to watch any video on your PC file with frame interpolation (like you can watch it on high-end TVs and projectors). It increases frame rate by generating intermediate animation frames between existing ones to produce very smooth, fluid and clear motion. The technology is well-known for a while ("TrimensionDNM", "Motion Plus", "Motionflow" and others), but now it's available for free to PC users with simple GUI and just a couple of mouse clicks. This will work with any player, provided you install, or have installed FFDShow, along with avisynth.Normally you would find this in use by HDTVs with their own processor which applies it's own method of frame interpolation, TVs that state they are 100hz, 200hz, 500hz etc. Quote Link to comment
besweeet
I was never a fan of these types of things. It just doesn't seem right to watch video that's super smooth. Quote Link to comment
