I did not address how you do things, instead I was addressing your previous reply for the mentioned reasons. I am not questioning what you have done or not. Please read my reply carefully and make sure you understand what I am trying to say. Your arguments are becoming less convincing constantly; Once more accusing me of inmaturity when you do not know me personally. I do admit I was in the wrong and then ban was expected, but I am unhappy with your replies. I do not believe I have been treated fairly in this case, and would prefer if another administrator could review my ban.

Sorry. but you have simply not known me long enough to claim I have 'no personality'. I find that insulting. You seem to suffer from control issues, which is a bad start for any administrator, although that is your problem and you are the only one responsible for what it may derive in (hint hint); perhaps you should find the solution to your problem, since you are very capable. If you know 'kinds of people like me .....' then maybe you should double-check the logs, you will then be able to say you know even more 'kinds of people like me'. I suggest instead of just targetting me, checking the MIX Server at least once a month and see for yourself what is going on; maybe then you can claim you 'know perfectly when you have to do the correct or not', because I find that statement rather lacking having seen how you handle situations, and are never present in the mentioned server. Hi everyone, Unfortunately, my first post in this great community has to be a Ban Appeal. ;( I'm going to stick to the guidelines and explain my case, hopefully something can be done about this because it's a permanent serial ban. 1. Who banned you (only if you know who): Sergio_riv 5. Reason why you got banned (only if you know why): I admit I used CAPS too often, but I do not understand how this got me a permanent serial ban, but that's why I'm here. 6. Reason why we should unban you: I'm an active player and enjoy MrGreen MIX and RACE server on MTA:SA. I try to help out other players with my bilingual skills. I'm constantly helping out when somebody tries to 'troll' NTS maps. I hope everything I have filled out helps out. I'm sorry if I offended your Sergio, in some way. I tend to be very careless when typing in-game and sometimes leave the CAPS LOCK on from using the horn on a vehicle. But please reconsider my ban - I can see no other reason why I have been banned; Perhaps you're not having the best day or what ever, we all get them. But please don't make me pay for it!
