I don't think there is a rule that will punish you from making accounts.

I think your maps size are too big. http://mrgreengaming.com/forums/topic/14734-mapping-rules-for-mta/ Uploading: Your maps should be tested and then uploaded via forum in a zip package with inside only your meta.xml, .map and script files. Keep your map uploads inone topic and add some screenshots or a video for new maps. The zip file size has to be under 5MB, the total has to be below 8MB unzipped. Exceptions can be made for some maps with custom object models, NOT custom vehicles or music.

Well, i don't know where is the SC and I don't Delete maps. Its either Warp, Face or SkyNet who delete maps so you can ask them ^^

I'm pretty sure he doesn't camp while i'm on because i do spec them and never saw them camping, and ask anyone, I do kill any camper I see and I do warn players million of times. Req is little smarter and he do camp while no admin is on. /report isn't good enough, I can see only words from it so i don't know if they guy reporting telling me the truth or not. Anyway I'm going to ban him.

If deleted then players did find a way to make a shortcut. Make sure you check them again.

He deserve to get ban since its not the first time he blocks. Anyway, any admim can ban him since I'm busy with school these couple of weeks.
