it happens because of the color code i guess. Just do /stats <playername> and u will be able to find his color code in the chatbox. Just write his name exactly(with the color code) and you will be able to kick him.

i couldn't understand whats written but i knew he was advertising from the ip he wrote. Unfortunately couldn't find his IP/Serial to ban him yesterday.
