Well, I don't really have a setup or anything. I use my dad's pc (iMac) and thats it ^^ and its in the living room xD AND I'm alone in the house for few days so the place is kinda dirty ^^ I must admit nice room you got.

I do accept DM maps, but just not all of them anymore. I want at least 50% of the online players to be able to finish it. If I don't see that while testing it. I won't accept. Of course first time is an exception, because "new" map and you still getting used to it, but while I'm testing a map I need to see that most players aren't complaining about it or at least having hope into trying again after they fail. I haven't tested a map for so long and I have told Gold and Nitrox to check uploaded maps ONLY for now (till I'm active again). I talked with Gold and Nitrox and told them not to check reported maps, because some of them needs just simple edit in the map file and the map will be perfect again (they can't do that). Gold and Nitrox are doing more than good so far and I do like their job. When I started to accept DM maps few months ago (~6 months ago) most of the players used to be able to finish the map. Those players mostly left the server/community and the current players are new incommers. By allowing DM for new incommers and a "total" noob player to the server. He will just leave and the reasons are "hard map" "maps gets repeated (when players vote 2)". He would wanna try something else so he can enjoy and win like "NTS" "CG" DD" and also "CTF" because those gamemodes requires LUCK with skills (not skills alone). Also that sentence in the mapping rules. It says that ONLY 1 player will finish so try to keep it simple as well. The way I look at the new DM maps are not simple at all. RTF maps should have an high level of difficulty to finish, but take in consideration that only 1 player will win so try keep it simple as well.

Its not driving me crazy or anything. RTF can't be mixed with DM. If managers have other opinion on that then I won't say a thing and do what they say If Flipper/Yoshi wants DM to be added I won't say no, but I won't take responsibilty of it in the future if players do topics for deleting DM maps (Just like now doing topics to add DM). Same thing with Hunter mode. A lot of players want it back now. Back in the days no one did.

Thats the same as RTF now. DM maps are uploaded as RTF and you can respawn. The only differences you said is checkpoint instead of nothing so you dont start from the beginning. players: some will say yes and some will say no. Who to choose? You don't know and sometimes we (Goldberg and I) have to take decisions that some players won't like. wallride is 99% of the time (when I tested maps) is hard for 75%+ of the players online. Only 1-5 players can do it out of 35+ players. I can't allow that to happen. Forget to mention, I do like DM maps myself. I am the admin who started accepting DM maps as RTF in the first place (warp never accepted DM maps) and most players seemed that time to be fine with it, but now they are not and I can't accept them anymore (we have enough already).

DM doesn't fit into mix. DM is made for players who practice and remember the map (in general those maps needs skilled players). Mix doesn't need these type of gamemodes. Mix wants gamemodes which needs "skills" and "LUCK" and by that way mix is totally different.

NONE of the DM maps in race belongs to mix!! DM can NOT fit in mix!! Stop saying DM should be deleted from race and uploaded to mix because thats wrong!!!

Well, you are wrong. Only Flipper and I are mix players and the rest of the admins who rpelied are race players. Flipper only said welcome back to Megas and I said that it doesn't belong to mix either. The rest of the admins who replied are admins who play in race and they still refused to remove it.

discord is nice! I only use it for the admin channel chat tho (mostly)

idk that list feels more wrong than the SH one. I see players in the end of the list who doesn't deserve to be on the list and same way around...etc

How do you guys even evaluate this list?! Same to the SH one. I see Dead-End on the top of the list since he is the one who created it

It is easier, but it depends on what you got used to. I use my keyboard more than my mouse. (for nitros..etc)

This video is pretty nice and helpful I guess for many players, but this isn't what RTF is made for. DM can't be converted to RTF (most of them). DM is DM and RTF is RTF. Those maps are DM and adding it as RTF is a mistake. I stopped accepting DM maps and I will never accept DM map again. Since there are many players who want DM there should be a new gamemode weather its on race or mix and add it. I don't support DM anymore in mix (most of the maps), but beside that the video is nice and helpful.

I can see that he is registered Oct 2014 which means it was after the crash happened or am I mistaken somewhere?
