RACE 2xD - Las Venturas Race delete the rhino spawn, because it flies up in the air and destroys the gameplay. (or better yet, delete the map)

NTS should be deleted, or best thing to do is move it to mix since that's its home now. nts first appeared on the race server, then on the mix.. That's why I said "since that's its home now" dude ...

So yeah, some random turk started spamming, and continued even after warned to stop by a few players. Here's a pic with little part of the spam he put us through.

I know him, Bob. He was no hacker. His ping was too high, that was it. I wouldn't encourage you to unban him if he was a hacker as that would be bad for me aswell. I say, give him a chance. If you see him hacking (and are 100% sure he is), ban him again. But he was a nice guy and a good pal of mine. Never knew what happened until he told me a few days ago.

This^ I can't stand [sGA]Ryuzaki or some other idiots (:cought:Reno:cought:) spamming me when I've /ignore-d them. Also make it that we can't recieve PMs from dudes we have in our block list.
