I belive it costs $25 if you want to publish an app on the google play store

LOL, that's just too much for me. And I think you MUST have a credit card to pay that 25 dollars, no other way.

Why not publish on the Google Play Store? It's safer for potential users that way.

Because I don't have a credit card and it won't let me upload it without one. Or am I missing something?

Hi, I recently made a soundboard {Android only} app containing all of the current custom horns from the [RACE] server and all sounds from the [MIX] server so that anyone can listen to them whenever and whereever they are. I'm going to try and update my app when new custom horns arrive on the servers. ENJOY! And please leave some feedback in this thread (good or bad)

Hi, I just love all the custom horn sounds from the [RACE] server and was hoping if there is a place to download them all or if they are stored somewhere on my PC when I first load them? If I get them all I'll do an Android Soundboard with them, but won't publish to Google Play, because I don't have credit card. I'll however give the link to my app in this forum so that everyone can enjoy the funny sounds on their phone wherever and whenever they go without an internet connection :-)
