For admin, you need to be on the IRC more and contribute more on the forums. Which means not calling people names.

When that happens, it's usually the server's fault. The files are there but not being downloaded propperly so they re-do it. Not sure though.

Chiken, you have 1234 posts. Also, css files could just be the server or your connection, but gmod is probably your cache.

but then you waste 24 hours re-installed all the servers you play on HEHU...

What Lemon said to do is basically re-installing G-Mod but without waiting 5 minutes (depending on download speed, could be like 2 days for ERROR...) Re-name your garrysmod/garrysmod folder to something else and run g-mod again on ZS. Everything will re-download but it should work. Once it works, you can copy over folder by folder until it stops working again then you can see what the problem was.

Don't re-install GMOD. Although most the time it does fix your problem, there are probably other ways of fixing it. It could just be something you've downloaded from another server or on garrysmod.org.

1 thing that bugs me, the water after hitting the 3d skybox, scales out much more than the one inside the playable skybox. Change the scale so they are both the same.
