Those stairs are the most ugliest things I've seen. make them thicker or something, they just don't look natural.
And from the pictures, it seems you need to align or change the textures for the windows.

The first step on the stairs. It's different from the rest. I doubt it was "carefully designed" it looks more wonky.
You still need to align the windows, because they look more like bars. Changing the texture might help.
The balcony up top could be changed because at the moment it is seriously ugly.

It would be better to align the textures better so the windows look like they fit. The porch could be more "round" so it looks more modern and realistic. I hope this helps.

A short, slow map. You need some skill to get to the end and then there is an "arena" for a small battle. Not sure if it's server material but it's worth looking into.

I think that the surf server is in need of some new maps. I've found a few that look pretty good and tested them all.

Quite a small map but I can see it being very fun to play. I'm not sure it would suit 20 players + but I't looks really fun. It hasn't got that many platforms and most of it is surfing and I think it will eliminate camping. It's worth looking into.

While it looks great, it has some issues. T's and CT's spawns next to each other. Another problem is that there are no other guns in the map other than your starting pistols. The surf speed boosts run into each other making it hard to surf.

Apart from the abuse, lack of English and not being active on the irc, you seem to be nice on the server.
Although, it's in full bright and it kinda hurts the eyes.
