It is free to host own ts server but if it goes over 100 members/players same time in there you need to pay or something. I used to host one but now my connection is crappy and keeps cutting off sometimes.

Well yeah Linki is right, i have banned Sert man few times myself but longest time was 1h, and i agree you should know why you got kicked/banned.
