I was thinking the same thing a while ago.

Well for quite a while this person ( B◼✘1@1, STEAM_0:0:22417297 ) has being spamming 2 phrases over and over without rest with a few seconds in between each message in chat. Ive copy and pasted what was in my console to pastebin however I did not spend very long on the server. http://pastebin.com/iharPiB1 This guy had bound the 2 phrases to keys and im sure the logs of the server will show more evidence than what I put into pastebin.

I could help with the gamemode, I have a fair amount of experience with lua and the source engine.
