3. Previous experince with communities and boards?
Pretty much... but my interests change from time to time so after I don't feel like playing TF2 and such anymore, I will get addicted to Super Mario 64 and Paper Mario 64 again. Then I will be going to the GameFAQs boards (the SM64 GFAQs board is nice compared to the boards for other games), and dsultimate.net. The last one is a nice community all about Nintendo games, and unlike GameFAQs, doesn't have many rules.
4. What do you do for a living? (eg. what's your job)
I usually try to defend our team from the Payload coming in. I have nine different jobs, but I usually choose which one I want to do. In Badwater Basin I feel like working as a Sniper, but when I'm in the BLU team, I play a Pydic. That is, I work as a Pyro, but instead of attacking much, I usually go right behind the front line and extinguish everyone with my Compression blast, so half-Medic.
5. Go to school? If yes, studying what?
Yes, studying nothing.

Quiet, small and a frequent ol' skool hiphop-listener that also isn't trying to be a gangsta, but most people don't believe that. (those were more than 3 words, but it counts as 1)
7. Anything else you wanna tell us?
I have ADHD, but I'm the opposite of hyperactive. Seriously, many times I don't even say 1 single word on a whole schoolday. In real life, I never talk, I'm the quietest of all.
That's why when I get home and I turn on the PC, I talk so much. Please try to live with it, when you don't say a word all day, you automatically say everything that's on your mind and more bullcrap that nobody cares about when on the safe internet. I'm sorry.

Pipeline is cool. Especially for demomen, they can get on high places everywhere and look through the walls.
I think it's just that it takes a long time for a round to end. Though in my opinion that just adds opportunities for proper planning and strategies. Except for the last stage.
Cranetop on the other hand is... meh (Again, Demomen-campers like me can go all the way up the crane and shoot stickies to the BLU spawn). It's not that bad though, but I think the difficulties for BLU and RED aren't really balanced in the first stages. The last stage is nice, especially the big open space.

I think lukkie can be a good admin. I don't think that the age matters that much, and I see him a lot on the Payload server. I've never seen him cursing, cheating or doing anything else wrong.

Talking about scouts.. I heard a nice Mario Bros-Scout-Boink song on a server one time, does somebody know which one or where I can find it? I can find a few on YouTube, but I don't mean the Mario Bros theme, nor the Super Mario Bros 3: Overworld 2 Theme.

I will help, but I think it will fail. It will certainly fail when we give serious information, because there are already a lot of sites with that, so we have to use a own style.
