I grew up with pokemon yellow, and some other hazy games i forget about,
most i remember is pokemon lol, yellow>silver>sapphire>pokemon collosuem XD and stuff like that. Cleanly playd every game 400 hours, just to catch them all.

Well, i have been on mr.green since 07/08. I am the top 1 of the server and i have played for over 500+ hours. I have seen everyday the server is 22 hours unprotected, seen that VMR can't handle it all alone so i want to help him, since im at least 3 times more on the server than him. I know most of the rules, i have never been banned. I have seen a lot of people leave because of the rule offenders, Demo/!report won't help since the damage has already been done and the admins will come to late or not even respond. I wish to make a change, I want to make everyone gameplay/experience better. I will look forward to your responses.

Server Tickrate

Could you please lower the tickrate?
Valve explains Tickrate as: "During each tick, the server processes incoming user commands, runs a physical simulation step, checks the game rules, and updates all object states. After simulating a tick, the server decides if any client needs a world update and takes a snapshot of the current world state if necessary. A higher tickrate increases the simulation precision, but also requires more CPU power and available bandwidth on both server and client."
It can be easily done too,

etc.
There are enough plugins to do it, and if you lower it, more people will be able to join and the server will have less load. Not to mention, the surf server will be more populated because it will be more challenging, right now, alot of people can get all the weapons or do the pro way, it does the map injustice and make it seem a noob map because before the achievement patch, the server was 33 tickrate, it always had players in it. Now, it sadly gets empty at times, the patch changed it to 66. i hope i got through to you guys.
