Thanks guys Turns out it had to be installed on basic MTA Folder without 1.3 or 1.4 etc. Or maybe it was that I moved/deleted the 1.3/1.4 folders and it all started from scratch, and all I changed was the config file to keep my binds Whatever it was it works now.
