If this server has consisted of 7 or 8 years of no issues with south americans its because all you whiners are getting it wrong. What causes lag is latency issues or when the server itself has an issue. I used to have latency issues on a different isp, a cheapass one that used antennas or repeaters to wifi from one place to the next without real cables. And yet I had a very low european kind of ping. And whenever I've seen lag thats really affected gameplay on something like DD its been due to low fps or timeout or because of a trick people used to use with low fps which was to take screenshots to give the other guy lag i think

It was really mean for the self centered greedy europeans to start this ping limit reduction nonsense lobbying in the first place that left us with the asshats and douchebags in this thread making fun of them, but killed off guys like dongato who suspiciously disappeared the same week as the original 300 to 260 ping limit drop, but to get rid of brazilians like nitro and viini by lowering it from 260 to 250 is disgusting... also its killed off a lot of nighttime assistance because obviously all the south americans haven't seen the 12am cutoff line come in during the day and interpret that its over. and even if they realise, the server doesnt have the same appeal if they can only be a few hours a day i guess and all for nothing of course, because things were fine for years, when not even when there werent any free gcs for being afk the server was never half empty as it often is in the evenings these days

ping was already reduced too much imo to suit fancy pants reese and co. south americans are already confined to 12pm european time onwards to 250 ping or so, which is pretty standard on all servers, and only later than that hour when most ppl are south american to 350. besides, mix isnt about winning, if u wanna do some winning join charlie sheen and accidentally get HIV from him. mix is about the mystical fapongus religion. also high ping doesnt cause an issue nowhere near as large as low fps or varying ping does. u can be on a shitty euro internet where your ping dances around and dats very laggy i know it cuz kali loved me for a year for playing like dat, and itll be a lot worse than a sheep shagger from the patagonia's ping.

what is anti mods? The AFK thing is the reason why the server doesnt die at night though.... you really dont wanna gamble with that as it happens even in FFS rooms...maybe a small gradient for people that play vs afk but not much

90gcs per hour is a great fucking idea. dayum does one have to be reading dis forum every 3 seconds to prevent derpmunch ideas being promoted or wut not only are things rly expensive if there werent easy gcs, but gcs for afk has increased server attendance for both those afk and those not afk, especially at night when the server would just die off for 5 hours before the 90gcs came in
