Aside from the 5 min timer on items being dropped, that maybe you were just too slow. There is a bug that makes your items dropped invisible to you, and only you. You could have either tried to relog in that area or just walk to the exact blocks your items are and you'll still pick them up. For the refund; like shock said, no.

We do not ban people for silly reasons such as opinions. The only reasons why you could have been banned were either for advertising or for hacking. There is a tower at spawn with teleporters towards all 4 wind directions. Teleporting you a fair distance away.

Denied. 1. There is a way out of spawn using the teleporters. People are not trapped inside. 2. You're probably using lame tricks to get back to spawn because we do not support a "back to spawn"-feature. Just because you want something doesnt mean you'll get it. The new map is being pre-generated and prepared as we speak. I think the latest bukkit build is deemed stable enough for use. And even the developer of Dynmap stated his plugin should work again with the latest build. So my assumption is that we should be operational quite soon. But dont quote me on that.

Yes, but what good would a map reset do now? 9 Days before the update. Just wait it out and get ready for some good old faction wars on a normal map. Make some plans for the next map, see if your current faction members are trust-worthy, etc.

Let me break this down for you: 1. The system detected you as an xray user and banned you. (Atleast you said you were banned for xray) 2. There have been no occasions of the system being wrong in over 600 bans. Conclusion: You are the one that has to prove your innocence. Not us proving our system works, because it clearly works. Your proof so far: 1. "I was walking and the game froze" 2. "I was kicked for speedhacking" 3. "said I was banned for xray." 4. "I dont have xray and i dont use it" 5. "all I do is go on the bedrock floor and mine constantly for 1 - 2 hour(s)" That does not really make a strong case to prove your innocence, or does it? So how do you expect us to help you if you can't even help yourself. Let alone that belittling our system and chain-of-command would do you much good.
