The minecraft server seems to suffer from very annoying lag spikes which ruins the experience for the players. My suggestion is to use Craftbukkit++ instead of Craftbukkit+ which should help reduce/remove the lag. What is Craftbukkit++? Craftbukkit++ is an optimised version of Craftbukkit+ it is made by one of the people working the Spout Project. As it is an optimised version of Craftbukkit+ nearly all the plugins will work (ironically the plugins that don't seem to work are the anti-lag plugins). What Craftbukkit++ optimises? Craftbukkit++ optimises these parts of minecraft Growth/Decay, Item Stacks, Red-stone Torches, Lighting Checks, Mob Spawn Range and Mobs Per Chunk. All the enhancements are configurable via the bukkit.yml file in your server folder. More information on how these optimisations affect the game can be found here.

So my vote is to get rid of the surf server for a CSS fun server. lol, thanks for reminding(damn you Ywa). We all would like to have the Fun server back. But just dont replace surf with it How popular is the GM Ragnarok server, maybe replace that with CSS Fun/MG (asking because I have no idea what Ragnarok Conflict is)? Clavus closed the GM RC server link so maybe there could be another CSS server. I personally don't like surf and would rather have a stock CSS server.
