tf2 it's a game (Team Fortress (?)). you can play it online in mr.green's server. And like MTA, it has the greenncoins' system where you can earn gc. Apparently it's easier to get gc there. And I believe you can use those gc in mta aswell, correct?

he has his own reasons. yh, people don't like double posts or see the chatbox full of your spam messages. sometimes you even talk to yourself. that's annoying, it is but you are who you are. i dont really care about others negative opinions.

well, i will just help you with some tips
1- if you become an admin, you will need to loose the clan tag, even it doesn't exists anymore. admins shouldn't be attached to other clans.
2- try to add some more things in your application letter, the much you add, the better. give your background in the amount of adminship , etc
3- try to use IRC, or the Java version ("chat") on the top of the page. There you can get known by people and admins in other games and the Green community. An active admin needs to be also active in IRC
4- for me the age isn't a problem but for other people, it might be concern
these tips won't garantee that you will succeed, but will help you

what you think about the so called race to dominate the sky? russia, usa and nato said that they are prepared to send shuttles with guns to 'prevent' an attack from other world economic powers. besides the wars happening at the moment we could have one more, being stopped above our heads,, which puts at risk communication satelites
and every transportation related to gps system, etc..

well, i bet this won't be solved anyhow. Bandit banned him for 15 minutes with his reasons (im not judging them) and sabbatino got the ban message but because the ban time didn't show up, he felt like he was banned injustly. I understand both parts?, but this is simple a case of bad interpretations.
sabbatino: next time if an admin says you to shutup, do it and dont provoque. every admin handle things in different ways
bandit: next time you ban someone within a period of time, just include in the ban message, the amount of time the player will be banned, easier for him

To be honest to the fullest, I don't even understand why you made a topic. I banned you for 15 minutes - FIFTEEN. What.. your whole life crashed upon you? Did you get a crisis by not finding anything else to do? You stared at your PC screen and said to yourself "Oh my god. I can't play on Mr. Green's for the next fifteen minutes. What the hell am I going to do? God help me! I'm gonna file a complaint, that will help!" ?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I (hopefully) helped you take a little break from your computer and wonder about life, our existence etc.
im dont have anything to do with this but as an admin, you have the right to kick and ban if you think you have the reason to do so, and i support
you, no questions about that. But attacking his 'personal life' saying he doesnt have one, thats a bit uncalled for. sorry Bandit, that's my opinion :/

the "time to beat" shouldnt be that hard for you to overcome it. It is only a measure to separate the good from the not so good racers.
if you come here to play, you want to play with racers that match your skills, therefor, this dimension plan could be a good thing to try.
There is no need to exist more than 3 dimensions: the bad, the medium and the good dimension.
The only downfall I can see it's that maybe it will be require alot of codding/scripting to accomplish this and maybe it will be more difficult to admins do a good job (in a dimension everyone is blocking, and in others everything is going smoothly). But for that, a common chatbox could help admins to check whats wrong. Like:
(Dimension 1) ASD: Player1235 is blocking!
when seing in the chat "dimension 1", admins could easily transport themselves to that dimension and see what is wrong.

hi there! so, I've got this idea that crossed my head sometime ago. Every good racer complains about the noobs that can't race and ruin their race right?
Ok, my thought: At the moment we have "dimensions", we could take them and make each dimension for a rank. Don't understand? I'll explain.
Consider that everymap has his own "time to beat". Not the top record, but a time that the player must beat in order to move to the next dimension.
"ASD joined from Hearth". Alright, at this point the racer joined the game, so he is at the lowest dimension possible. He will mostly play with noobs and laggers but if he finishes a number of maps in a row beating that time that was placed (the map "msdfallout" got a toptime of 1:57minutes. So lets consider the time to beat is 2:05minutes). If ASD can beat on each map the time given he will move to the next dimension, with better racers, and so on.
This is done constantly and each player must keep that pace. That means that ASD must finish atleast x map(s to stay in that dimension. If he doesnt meets his goals he will step a dimension down or if he accomplishes the goal of beating the time x map(s) in a row, he will, again, go up one dimension.
This ends when ASD reaches the highest dimension and plays with the highest of the racers. This will increase competitive among players.
The GreenCoins system would stay up aswell and complement the dimension system. But we could give greencoins for players that go up a dimension (10gc) and remove greencoins at those that lower a dimension (20gc).
Every dimension plays the same map as obviously.
Admins should have a command that could transfer them from a dimension to another like /dimension 2 so it could be easy to check if everything is ok there and deal with hackers.
So... let's recap: - Every map has a "time to beat"
- There are many dimensions (Dimension 1 , 2 and 3) or (dimension for the noobs, medium and pro)
- Everytime a player joins he starts at the worst dimension with the worst racers.
- You need to complete x maps in a row to go to the next dimension
- You need to, in time to time, finish before the time to beat. If not, you will lower a dimension
- Going to the next dimensions gets you 10gc and lower dimension removes you 20 gc.
- Admins should have a command like /dimension to be able to jump dimensions.
I don't have a clue if this its even possible, but i'm just trying to create a new thing that maybe could be a nice idea. i need your replies!

Little something about your self and why you think you're fit to be admin:
Some of you may recognize me, others may not.
Started playing MTA since the early beggining, and joined Mr.Green's forum on 2009, as it can be seen on my profile.
Before Mr.Green, I had admin experience on 2 other servers, so at the time I thought I was fit for the job.
Started to play more regularly at Mr.Green's server and decided to give it a try. Despite a few stepbacks, I got accepted and became an admin here, at Mr.Green's MTA race server.
Due to a weak PC and because I had to focus on school, I had to leave MTA gamming and went offline for 2/3 years.
Why am I applying again?
Recently I acquired a better PC and, by chance, found the GTA SA CD on my old stuff, and realized I missed this, the whole experience, racing and the people I've met here along the time.
I have been playing for a month already, and I believe I will continue to play even after University starts again.
Despite seeing admins online, I believe that there should be more control on the server, as it is popular amoung players. Sometimes there are players flamming, insulting and even ramming/blocking and there is no one to do the proper measures and control the situation.
Since I believe there is a tiny "gap" on the admin field, and being myself an old ex-admin here that knows the "rules", I think I'm up to the job and will bring experience to the admin community on the MTA server.
