Wessel Kompier
It's was really easy for me. I didn't even install it, noahchris did for me. He send me a link of mediafire. I just dragged it in my bin, and done! I only needed to change the name to minecraft.jarFull link in case you didn't see the first one: http://www.mediafire.com/?116pk1iqiq5bm8d Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
Can you take some awesome screen shots wessel? Just working on the minecraft.net topic as we speak (I got super excited thinking you were submitting some). There's GCs in it Quote Link to comment
Wessel Kompier
It happens to be that I was playing a pretty awesome map with noah Edited June 17, 2012 by Wessel Kompier Quote Link to comment
Mathematic
I'm getting this after following the steps. "Test" also doesn't work, I just end up getting errors. Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
I get the error messages but mine runs fine. Have you allocated the extra memory to the program? Did you start with a clean .jar file? Also Wessel they're lovely images But we need them of the server! On that note Clavus has updated the minecraft.net forum topic!I hope you will all relentlessly bump it Quote Link to comment
Mathematic
I started with a clean .jar file (I even deleted everything in .minecraft). I just end up with the same errors when trying to test. I also tried allocating more RAM to minecraft, or trying the lite version of one of the mods. Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
Can you screenshot the error log like wezrine did on page one so I can see what's causing the problem? Quote Link to comment

awesomeo_5000
Now, I'm no programmer or anything. But I think what's happening is your ram settings aren't right (the not enough space part) try scaling back to 1024 and testing. If it loads up that's your problem (and you won't be able to run the 64bit texture pack without out of memory errors IME)How much ram do you have by the way?Edit: I see you're 32bit so you only have 3gb useable. Make sure you have atleast 2gb free under task manager to run it, if not close some memory hogging programs Edited June 17, 2012 by awesomeo_5000 Quote Link to comment
Mathematic
I'm 64-bit, and I'll try screwing around with the RAM tomorrow. Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
That error log is showing you as 32bit for some reason. Not up to speed with all the latest windows jazz, but you can update your java to 64 bit manually. Quote Link to comment
Wessel Kompier
SO far I made one screen. There is just nothing worth screening on this server, everything is destroyed Edited June 18, 2012 by Wessel Kompier Quote Link to comment
Drainal
Is there a way to maximize FPS without that joke of a program GameBooster? Or do I just have to get a better computer? Because I crash when I go full-screen... Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
Optifine handles most of my performance bottlenecks. I run it far render distance with fancy graphics on the equivalent of a netbook. Try assigning more RAM, as that tends to be the biggest issue with MC. Quote Link to comment
Drainal
I've done that, watching several youtube videos on how to allocate more RAM to MineCraft on a x32 bit computer - All failed, with several errors I couldn't counter. Quote Link to comment
awesomeo_5000
The issue with 32bit architectures is it only recognises 3gb of RAM maximum. The rest it chucks to GPU RAM or some techno-shit. To use the Shaders you'll need 2GB of allocatable ram (as in free, not doing anything) minimum to cope with the extra load. Even if you have 16GB ram, if you're running 32 you'll only be able to allocate 3. Or at least that's how I understood it a few years ago. I departed from 32bit systems a while ago Quote Link to comment
