R1 *,* or Maty (same person) always blocks in Mr green.

I've lost count of how many times I reported this newbie.

All this guy does is block on every map he has no interest in racing so please ban. I had more screens of him as f1 but forgot to back up, but trust me he's been doing the same thing for a long time now.
