Add /ignore command for all the chats

 Its good that /ignore is permanent now, but please add it for /me /race and irc
I'm tired of seeing some noobs spamming at me using it... they just fill my chatbox up with crap

This^ I can't stand [sGA]Ryuzaki or some other idiots (:cought:Reno:cought:) spamming me when I've /ignore-d them.

Also make it that we can't recieve PMs from dudes we have in our block list.

It works for pm now too

And use /messages to block pm

But we still need it for /me irc and inter server chat

Ages ago i renember kali said he was fixing that but I don't think he has gotten round to uploading the fix yet
