problem with mta

Hello.
i had problem with mta i try to fix it and it get worse, se here is what happened

my pc stop working when i was playing mta ( not blue screen its just stop can't do anything  ( but music didnt stop)) i restart my pc then open mta again same thing happened i change ram place and try again still didn't work 

P.S it only happens in mta 
anyway i uninstall mta and i get this error

i ignore it and install mta then when i open it it give me same error up there i press no it give me this

i press ok then it give me this error it give me the same error up there if i press no again it give me this error

if i press no it close everything 

and btw if i press yes in any of errors it say Install Microsoft runtime components. 
and i already have it so if anyone know how to fix this help me

DO you use MTA shrinker, if so remove it.
