I usually have more than enough time and I believe I have been in enough online communities to be well-versed in the the know-hows of online gaming and whatnot. I've been staff in servers before and I like to make sure that I can keep things in place whenever necessary, without abusing of the power given to me and try to use it only in the situations that require it in order to help out the community in which I am a staff member. I also own a Garry's Mod - Zombie Survival server myself, which I've had to spend a considerable amount of time with and put a good amount of effort in.
