Recording use either Fraps or Xfire recorder.

Recorder: Fraps

Editor: Vegas most of the time.

My favorite encoder is TMPGenc Xpress.

Also make sure if possible that you capture your video to a different hard drive when using Fraps. It helps with lag.

Ty guys. I recoeded 10 min with Fraps, but i have terrible fps lagg. I have only one hard drive. :S 500 Gb Wd and it is almost full. So I have no too much space to reccording.

Csena you have to have a pretty good PC too. Also you might try setting Fraps to record at half size instead of full.

Edit 2:X-Fire is better. Need less space to record. With Fraps I cant see when I stoped the record. I forgot turn it off and I record 50 GB.
