Why they lied?

I saw in IRC that he was being called a cheater. I went into the game spec'd him and noticed that his turning was too quick, and that he would speed burst to catch up to people. It appeared to me to be cheats so I banned him.

in actually you wrong, why the anti-cheat system ( i mean the console ) didn't ban me for speed hack.

if i used cheats or mods I cannot connect to any server with version 1.0.3, because this version blocked the mods and cheats, and If i cheat the anti-cheat system will ban me, Because i saw many people get banned by this system console of air braking...

if you think am right unban me..

if you think am lier dont unban.
