Mine runs at 88F-95F. Is it like around 30-45? If it is, how is your computer so heated

depends on the case and how often you clean it

My old gpu ran at around 80C at load and i had it for over 3 years.

When your temp stays under 100° then its fine. And 53-55° under Idle is also ok.

Get a new card^^ You know that overclocking a GPU just gives you 10-12% more performance and a 9600GT is pretty old.

I just meant that is not very suggestive to buy a new GPU cooler only for overclocking.

Those temps are great, don't worry about it. My idle temp is 63°C and my max. load is around 83°C. Those temps are high, but the card can handle it just fine.

My idle temp is 32-35 degrees, and the max load I've had is 68 or something

I run a custom fan config to keep my card cool. Usually never tops 65.

Safe temps really depend on the card; but generally, anything up to 95C is what'd be expected with for air cooling. With water cooling, you should probably start worrying if your GPU is getting anything above 50C.
