Usually around 50-60 here in Russia from grandpa's pc - Euroe (usually Nederlands) and 32-30 with my Internet in Brussels, internet sux there tho. Uploading speed is shit.

And just weirdly it's 5-10 on CSS surf server.

my ping depends on isp's good will, we have monopoly in this case  .

last summer my ping was 45 to 56 all around eu, now 70 to 101 (depends on country)
