Gamemode Idea

Ok, so i sat down, and i worked out the planning for a gmod gmaemode. However, being as I am completely illiterate to lua, modeling, mapping, and anything else involved in gamemaking other than brainstorming, I find that I have no way of releasing my ideas into the public. I'm sorry that I am a noob to the forums and all, but I can't help it. I have all of the things that I would want in the gamemode, so if any programmers and modelers/mappers could help me out, even if you could just suggest some extremely well explained tutorials, as I know close to nothing about any part of creating a gamemode, I would greatly appreciate it.
