Wireless Router's

Name some please, I need a decent one, preferably N upwards, as my current one (G), struggles to push the signal past 2 rooms.

I was looking at a Linksys one, well two.

I have a problem with routers: I get a timeout of 5 seconds every minute. Thats why I use a cable

I don't get it, why doesn't your ISP give you a routeur "box" when you subscribe to its services?

I mean, here in France for example if you subscribe to Free (my current ISP) they give you a Freebox which is a wireless routeur used for everything (phone, internet, freeTV), same thing for Orange with their Orangebox, Neuf with Neufbox etc...

Or maybe your ISP gave you a routeur but it 's a crappy one so you want to change it?

If they don't give you a routeur from theirs, it sucks :/

My ISP did give me one Chiken, but its incredibly shit. And doesnt allot me to change many settings.

Go for linksys but change the SSID or make a custom password.

because trough the SSID the factory password can be found.

i know this for a fact because i have that batch file that does that

Buy a tp-link 1043, its cheap, fast and reliable. Plus it has gigabit ports. 300 mbit wireless(N).
