There is some problems.

- Bad idea

- Color gets facked up when i save it as an file (dont know reason)

- Not real human poses (like hand can go freaky or something similar)

- Still problems with textures

rig plz

Sry. rig? you mean computer system?

Edit: And if you mean rig in 3DS max, i didnt use one :D Only bones which came in scouts model

Oh what? You need to teach me some stuff then.

When importing the scout model, you also get all the bones imported. These are poseable.

Thats good way to start modelling ;). Next you should start checking materials window and light system :D

Oh btw. Go youtube and search for Vray. Thats very good and realistic light system to 3ds max.

Oh yea, I can also put textures on objects,. and use proper lighting :P

I'm not into 3D Modelling, so I'm not going to learn anymore. What I know now was mandatory for school

As you see, TF2 textures are pretty low (OR rendering in to .bmp makes them low resolution)

Also i think i should start learn some background/enviroment effects.
