The Graphics card is too slow for games with high requirements..

Whats your budget? Also I don't prefer, buying gaming laptops. They are too loud/hot, etc etc..

You'll have to give your budget and your preference for screen size / how loud the thing is allowed to be. I'm on my MSI GX640 right now, which is a bit loud (yet not really annoying after a while) but performs beautifully in games.

First one is more expensive, but is it worth the extra euros?

I want to play League of Legends on highest settings, and other games (up to GTA IV and Black Ops) on normal or higher.

The only differences seem to be a better +0.1Ghz x 2 CPU and a different (better?) screen. But does that make up for the higher cost?
