We have special admin menu on the server, so you don't need to use console

Every admin having rcon would be rather disasterous ^^

Any abusive admin could change the password, ban all the main admins, and then do whatever they wanted.

Clever thing to do tbh. Custom adminmod -- if someone happens to get your rcon, Which I heard there is a method of doing, the hacker has more limited access...
