Well we could have a fun mix server. Even though it's race-related. All in-car or car related modes (with drive-by support?): - Destruction Derby (with power-ups like the barrel dropping etc. (Crash Team Racing / Mario Kart?) - VIP - Capture The Flag - Manhunt (1 vs rest) - King of the Hill Every mode should last about 10 to 15 mins (?) and then switch to the next (with variation in maps, of course). Thoughts?

Hi everyone, There are plans to start a second Mr. Green MTA server. However, we're unsure what gamemode to put on this. It can be either custom made (something completely new) or based on an existing gamemode. And thus we're asking the community (YOU!) to come up with some cool ideas or suggestions. Requirements: - Non-racing - There should be ways to earn GC and to buy things with it - Should be able to play with atleast 32 players I personally prefer something where you can jump in without any skills and still have fun. It's part of MTA in my opinion. If I want to play a serious racing game, I'll play Need for Speed or w/e.

Strange. Since I dont know how can it be more popular since it was 33tick and full 12 hours a day. I mean that most surf servers were running on 66 ticks (more than on 33).

66ticks was always more popular than 33tick (even for surfing). We only started using 33tick because it decreased lag etc. Most maps are designed with both 33 and 66 tick in mind. 100 ticks gives problems usually.

I still don't get what the exact problem currently is. What is exactly being hard right now? If the surfing itself is quite more difficult than before, then the sv_airaccelerate cvar should be set higher. I'm unsure if 800 is the perfect value. But we did use to have 200 and even 250 in the past (talking about pre-Orangebox engine and years ago). I'll play a few rounds surf tonight and see what the exact problem is.

I personally don't see this as a problem. MTA admins, what are your opinions?
