As i said the camper pentalty is NOT for the MG or Sniper

I've seen allot of AFK people so i think we should have an AFK kicker. Also i think there should be a Camping penalty for No-MG/Sniper (since its ment for snipers and mg's to camp)because i just HATE people just sitting and waitng for you to come by again exept for snipers and MG's Just post your opinion about this below XD

Donno let me check... no folder but it does have VGUI2.dll file (+on TF2 it didnt work either, maybe i should download a certain programm before i can use the file?) I know in TF2 It has to be in the "logos" folder for a vtf to work. Steamapps>[username]>Team fortress 2>tf>Materials>VGUI>Logos doesnt work always work for me :S I've never been able to upload Gif's either. found an VGUI folder and placed it there (logos) let me try now doesnt work on DoD:S let me try on GMod and TF2 now XD well, it does work on DoD:s but still with a white background

Well Gmod and DoD:S both dont support Vtf i think, cause i cant even uplaud it, A friend of mine once made a TGA file that had invisible parts in it. maybe that will work(not here at least XD)
