    If he blocks more than then do it so 

    Just mark him for 4-5 hours or less and we're good.  Marker dont help only ban

    If it was block i am sorry but stig got right. For what there is dumper? It provoke to take that vehicle. And for blockers is command blocker not ban :) You can mark me on 48hrs as blocker. LOL
