Most of the time i'm online. there are no admins whatsoever. so i strongly disagree

Enchanting is PART of the fun of the game. The chance of it and the bragging rights that come with a good one

American admins would be good due the time difference but there're downsides aswell (Lagg, time difference with Top Crew etc.) Seeing lagg is a pretty big deal in minecraft (can hide hacks or provoke situations that are fishy without a reason) we would need an American with decent ping. For what I know most American players on our server haven't been playing any longer than 1 year or are just to immature or wouldn't even apply themselves (Lacking motivation) Actually 99% of the american players have been on the server for over a year and for the ones who havent they are still very good and I think they would have good judgment. so for all of the american players out there just make an app and keep trying eventually someone will be good enough. LOL everyone is just pulling percentages out of their asses. xD

Clavus, for next map if you enchant at level 30 will u just get prot II instead of prot IV?? Also, how will books work?

I really hope you get this. Good luck Kodauer. I honestly think you'd be a great choice for the server's first American admin. But isn't ur departure for College soon going to be an issue?

I'm fine with a 2.9 ghz intel core i7, and my friend runs mc lag free on a 1.9 ghz intel core i5. I'm not sure if the fact that we're on macs makes any difference, but I don't know if your processor speed is the problem. P.S I'm also running side applications

I think we should stick to exactly what clavus said to try because, enchanting is fun ! I think that potions should stay however unnerfed.

Gander, that's actually not true. There is a noticeable difference between a prot III and prot IV set. I would say that we should remove prot IV and probably sharp V's although I love them so much

I think that prot III armor limitation is a good idea but it will take a lot of plugins due to anvils. I also like the idea of a smaller map, and a restart (nobody plays on this map anymore). I think that these suggestions are great and that we'd get a lot more players if admins were to implement them.

Honestly I really like the mining spawners idea. It makes enchanting easier for everyone. I see why you guys want to take away OP stuff, but it feels so good to hold a sharp V sword in your hand that you worked so hard for

Idk, I don't think altering the game is necessary, although I understand that new players have a large disadvantage. We might be able to consider a pvp timer for brand new players that only goes into effect after the map has developed, because at the beginning everyone is more or less equal.

That sounds like a great way to get the server realized again.
