You're not the only one with GTA OC problems. When I OC my CPU and play GTA my sound doesn't sync and i get micro stuttering (but more fps)

Was it always like that? Lower the resolution so that the last number says 16. Like 800x600x16. Not 800x600x32 That should give some improvement.

When you hold it you can see the image before it is taken so it is more easy to do I think.
