I think that was the concept in the first place, until they ran into the idea of bashing CoD. And now we have a Codfield.

I played some Caspian Border yesterday and it looks amazing. Though the vehicles need to be adjusted bigtime. Especially helicopters and jets.This is what I posted on BattleLog I just found my way into a jet in CB, my first reaction: What the ****? I did not know a jet could take air in my backyard! Once I got into the air I noticed my speed was dropping. That's right. I can walk faster than this jet flies. Now comes the controls; were the developers drunk while creating it? Just a question out of the blue. I can honestly say I do NOT understand why they just thrown the Battlefield 2 handling at the garbage. It was way superior to the current handling and it was made almost 6 years ago now. It was the best jet handling in ANY game i've ever played. And it wasn't even based on flying. It was amazing. I spend hundreds of hours flying, each time being different and each time finding out new moves. With this handling? I won't even bother waiting for a jet anymore. Come on Dice, you can do so much better... Why have they thrown the superior Battlefield 2 handling overboard? Helicopters is the same story.

So you can see the real fps! With fraps recording you won't be able to get a good view on the real FPS. I hate it when people post videos on youtube saying ''Battlefield 3 gameplay on a GTX848ti FRAPS'' and then it turns out it's recorded with fraps so why the f*ck post such a thing on youtube. That makes even less sense! Do you know at how many frames your camera records? Do you know that Youtube compression itself already limits the frames? I got fraps running in the corner in case you didn't notice . There are already a few comments on the video that point out the reason why: Got 4 thumbs even!

Battery life and overall performance has been improved it seems. The lag of the unlockscreen is mostly gone. Too bad I have to bring this fucking phone back to the store because my GPS is fuck@d .

I just updated to 2.3.4 via Kies today. 2.3.5 isn't ready in Holland I think. Too bad. My GPS still doesn't work properly. It just doesn't find a fix.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL: The max settings in the beta actually is NOT ultra. The highest graphics you will get is medium according to some resources @ http://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_messages/1474225/last So even if it says being @ ultra is only shows medium. Thar, I fix'd it. btw, that screenshot kicks ass if that is indeed just medium settings.

My 9800GTX+ still kicks it All tuned up Ultra high 1680x1050 without AA, AF, motion f*cking blur and SSAO gives me 20-45 fps . Though it's still unplayable due to my 2gigs of ram which obviously is not enough. So when I do a quick barrel role the games freezes 10 times while doing so .

No that I let it sink a little bit. It sounds like a great idea though. If you get a particular time @ a race you get classified into the first second or third dimension. That's the idea in a nutshell am I right? Don't know if it's do-able for every single map though.
