    Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset

LukeNukem has it and i'm getting it and its good and just get it ok thanks :V God bless ebuyer

Fatal1ty is rather good indeed, tho mine keeps breaking down after 6 months or so... Not sure why...

Because its shit like any other cheap "gaming" headset

    Edit:

anyone have experience of these? http://www.sennheiser.com/comm/icm_eng.nsf/root/502141

I've had those. To get the most out of them you should mod them. But i would recommend the PC360 over the PC350 because the 360 are based on a better pair of headphones (HD558 vs HD380 Pro) but they are open headphones so they bleed in and out quite a lot of noise but they also sound much larger than they actually are. Plus they are also much easier to drive.

  2. Do yourself a favour and don't buy a "gaming headset" unless you want something with bad build and sound quality. It's always better to buy headphones + a seperate microphone because these products are aimed at sound and also often build quality. Unless you're really careful with the gaming headsets they will break while you might have a decent pair of headphones for years without it breaking and so you will both get superior sound quality you will also save money by not buying the cheap stuff. Since you haven't said a budget yet i can only recommend you brands. Sennheiser, AKG, Grado, Audio Technica are some of the major headphone brands which have great build and sound quality so you should look around for headphones from these brands and just buy the cheapest microphone you can find since it's only for games. I have an microphone from Zalman which costed me 6 euro which works just as great, if not better, than most other headsets.

Edit: Forgot about Beyerdynamic. :V So add Beyerdynamic to your search list.

Edit 2: Remembered another brand, Shure.

  3. Get 8 of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115063 That should be able to run BF3.

    :V

Well jokes aside. What CarPileUp suggested is a good CPU and it's also easy to overclock it if you want to do that in the future. You shouldn't really bother with AMD now because you will get much better performance with Intel. But you might want to wait for Ivy Bridge but Ivy Bridge won't be that much different from Sandy Bridge.
