What if people wanna have the image on their PC, and then upload it

This shows every time I try to upload this new file as my PJ : Custom paintjob image "test.png" is not a valid image!! I tried with the PJs I already had on my PC and they get uploaded. Also converted this file to bmp, png 100 times, still same^.

How is he even playing? I thought @jack123 serial banned him few days ago. I really thought that he's changed and even tried to help him get unbanned. Thanks to you guys I see he's the same as he has always been. I remember him insulting me in PM just like this 1 year ago or so. Mute forever, ban for long.
