If it's a certified play, then yes. Certification is granted by:
- Using no cheats
- Effects on / Sounds on
- Proper "Gamma" level
- Less pausing the game (unless you need to get instructions)
.. and finally, exploring the game!

Having the lights down or dimmed is a plus!
PS: As for the web-cam, use a mini-lamp or something only to illuminate yourself.

Instead of making the Zombie Team weaker, why not implement counter-mechanisms for the Human Team? My 2 cents.

HINT: 3 out of 5 classes are the slowest, they will get owned easily.
HINT: Red aura is to represent the Alpha/starting zombies as being with higher health than normal.
The aura is too transparent, you can barely see. Needs more alpha.
