Well yes. But with the increasing amount of information in the world, I believe that people should learn to find information quickly, instead of having to spend a long time learning to reproduce it. Of course you'd still have to learn the basic concepts (math / language / etc), but things like history exams are (ironically) getting outdated in a world where the collective knowledge of humankind is in the palm of your hand. True true, but still, that's a dependance man-computer, there is no more need to search by yourself, to "use your brain", the computer is like the apple with the snake, you touch it and then you can't get rid of it, that becomes an habit, and then you're too used to it. I'm a bit dramatizing but basically that's the problem.

Ahhh good, a lot of good things to put together If I had to answer to this poll myself I'd say both yes and no too. Yes because a lot of people tends to see the "simplicity", when you need something you just have too google/wikiped' it and that's all, no efforts, just copy/paste. Also, when you see the memes, unfunny but still attracting new adepts, or youtubepoops/other idiot stuff. And no because it's very useful in the life (I learned more english words here, with games too...) and it helps me with programing stuff.

Hey there, I have a presentation to do at the college about the topic "Does the internet make us idiots?" and we thought that we could get some opinions on the web, so naturally I thought about this place So basically, you can answer (if you want) the poll above this post, and explain your choice, I need some constructive opinions, and I will use them in the presentation I suggest that you fill this little questionnary: -Yes,no? -Explain shortly your choice(~4-5 lines) -Do you have some examples (videos,...)? Well if the others are working then the problem comes from the server, maybe they're updating or something?

Does it do it on all the servers or only this one? I got a sort of problem like that with Garry's mod once (saying that my Steam account couldn't match gmod blabla) and I just had to join a server in CSS to solve the problem, maybe try joining a server on another game to see what happens.

I suggest the TF2 base for the textures so they look less repetitive (if you have TF2 of course).

What do you mean, it's not broken and there are always loads of players on it. What he means is that Deluvas who was the one coded ZS has left his coding job, and that means that ZS won't be updated aymore => broken classes. Also, I don't see a lot of people everyday (I saw only 6 people playing yesterday night) :/

I wonder who were the mappers who made the first ZS maps Too bad I lost my tower map, could do great things with it.

That's good for a first map, but it won't be in ZS. (Don't worry, my first map passed by this way too).

I don't get the interest into lying about your age & location, yes, this gives you less chances when you say you're 15 or 14 or whatever, but that's not cool for us to have to guess your real identity.

You can download it from Steam, in the "tools" menu, that's called Source SDK and Hammer is a mapping tool included (there are also face poser and model viewer tools). Though you'll need to follow some tutorials to make good maps because that's not so easy at the beginning.

Nice house you've done here, but if you want to put it on ZS you'll have to rebuild it using Hammer
