Arma isn't known for its intuitive interface, takes some getting used to. Long loading is annoying too, since it shouldn't have to (no really, sometimes the game loads instantly). But all gripes can be answered with "it's still in development". If the build isn't broken it means the development team has been slacking off.

You'll probably be able to run Arma 2, just not on high settings. I believe Reap3r runs on the worst specs on this forum judging from the screenshots he made, and he's been playing for quite a while now.

Do note you can bind a button to use voice chat over direct communication directly (there's no bind for it by default). I think it's easier to gain people's trust if you talk to them before showing up with a gun. Of course it does add the risk that they can hear where you are.

Maybe make it so that the pvp relogging plugin resets its logs after every startup It does? PvP relog has no effect if it's the server that crashes.
