Play some singleplayer bootcamp. Tweak your controls and settings. Do note you'll have to deactivate Day Z for that, since it breaks Arma 2's singleplayer.

Haven't seen a vehicle in weeks. Today I saw a guy and girl running around Gorka. Guy had a AS50 or M107 strapped on his back. Lost sight of them though.

The DLCs (Private Military Company and British Armed Forces) are 40% off too. So if you want some high res character textures, go get them

Two people killed with my DMR this evening. I went south to Gorka. When I was on the slope just north of town, I spotted another survivor running parallel to me on the field. All that constant looking around finally paid off. Took him down in a single shot, he had not even spotted me yet. After that I took the safe route and slowly crawled to his body along the tree line, taking several minutes while looking around constantly. This also turned out to be a good decision since I heard gunfire coming from the town a little later. Eventually I crawled up to the guy and looted an FN FAL and some Bison SD ammo off his corpse. Then I crawled back to the treeline and watched my surroundings. Again I that turned out to be a good call since another dude was about 8m from me hiding beneath a tree. Several DMR shots later he was sent back to the coast too. Enriched my backpack with the DMR ammo he was carrying, and then went back to offload my full inventory at the tents.

You can't right now, the method I used resulted in a duping exploit (of Minecraft items, not GC). Have yet to develop an alternative.

The problem isn't the fact it dupes the item. It's the fact I can't track separate item stacks (two item stacks of 10 dirt are practically equal in the code). So I can't connect a Green-Coins value to an item stack.

That is one icy maps. Don't see a lot of landmarks though. Probably because it's so FREAKING HUGE.

Pretty much all loot and vehicle spawn maps are incomplete. I think heli crash sites spawn randomly on open fields and don't have pre-defined locations. Also there are several antennas across the map. I think Green Mountain (next to Zelenogorsk) is the most well known.

I kind of like the current system. Enchanting is limited right now since there are no bookcases around the table. There is a lot of fighting for territory, which I'll try to expand on. Not sure what to do with the furnaces... people are complaining but it drives them out of their bases, and I like that. Once Minecraft 1.3 is released I'm going for a large biome map first. Cocks. Fixed now.

Had not seen players in weeks but when I went up to Gvozdno a few hours back it was like noob central. Someone with a Loud Enfield was shooting right outside the barn I was in. I quickly went out of the other side of the barn, realizing I had misjudged where he was shooting from because now he was standing like 5m from me. Luckily he was too pre-occupied with the zombies so I wasted almost half a DMR clip on him. Thanks for the bloodpacks you were carrying!

Wait, there are still dupe exploits? Goddamnit why doesn't anyone report these to us.
