Me too. If there are a lot of Green players in one team, I try to join them, even if the other team is losing horribly.

It's also so that Arena doesn't really base around teamwork, but bases around killing people with guns instead of capping points or pushing carts. Without Teamscramble it's just a Sudden Death clone with some new maps and a CP in the middle.
